Overview
A tenancy agreement can be prepared by
either the Landlord, a solicitor or a letting agent.
It is a legally binding agreement between the tenant
and landlord and should state details of the rent, the
length of the tenancy and both the tenant's and landlord's
responsibilities.
If you are a Landlord or a Tenant, having
a writen agreement between you is vital, because thing
can happen, and problems do arise, and its always nice
to know where you stand, and to also have the backing
of a legal document should things really go bad.
